RC Tech was aimed to offer installation and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration onboard systems for major clients in the cruise, yacht and military sectors. The purpose of the rebranding was to reposition the company and better target it in the marine segment in which it operates, as well as to position new services on the market that are specific to the sector, such as painting, the application of nanotechnology, research and development. The new online marketing tools were created for lead generation purposes and to provide the necessary trust elements for international customer acquisition. The client was assisted in the conception of the need for the new brand, in its graphic design and registration at the EUIPO, in the corporate transactions of updating the name, capital and corporate purpose, in the definition of the business divisions and their implementation, in the optimisation of non-deductible costs, in the adoption of a scheme based on royalties, in the creation of online marketing tools aimed at internationalisation.
